All the staff are courteous and professional. I’ve read many of the reviews and I haven’t run into any of the problems that ... some claim. No bugs. They solved that issue by sealing and placing hardwood floors. Gates may not work but I don’t see any homeless running around the compound either. Parking experience for visitors is such a scam be aware of where you park because there policy changes with lack of communication ... so if you have money to blow and don’t mind getting towed be more alert of where you park the outside visitor parking capacity is very limited which is an inconvenience for your visitors I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication a paper at your door does nothing for me Taped paper can fly away and you can miss AN IMPORTANT notification as it happened to me: as of September 14 as I was told parking policies were changed and with a piece of paper is wild to me and so unprofessional on behalf of the staff. Emails for these type of changed are appropriate as of today I’m not a happy resident here at Berkdale. Now out of the policy changes be more alert of where you are parking if is not your assign parking . If I can give a no star for parking I would ! If I don’t get some kind of compensation out of the unconvinience of my tow that happen to be the weekend out of the towing company yet my appt was at 4pm and they had the audacity of being 30 mins late for me to pick up my car. To me that is a SCAM $513 for one day is BULLSHIT. Hope management can accommodate me for the lack of communication and the continuous changes of there parking policies!!!!!!!!!! NOT A HAPPY RESIDENT at alllllllllllllllllll! Second thinking of staying here or not will have that descion after I hear back from management which will prob take weeks for a respond when can’t even answer the phones doubt they care about the complaints. Great Service over all, GREAT Staff members, we got helped by Christina Camacho she was amazing explained every detail and ... answer all of our questions helped us throughout the process and made it a hundred times more easy. Living here is great!
I really enjoy living here! The apartments are really nice and the grass is always clean! The maintenance requests are always ... answered in a timely manner and they are always available at the office for help. Nicole and Ruby are incredibly helpful and kind and Paul is, too! I’ve been here about 4 months now and I Absolutely love living here. Maintenance is very quick to respond, grounds are well kept, lots of open parking for guests, front office staff is friendly and helpful and last but not least the laundry facilities have an app to let you know what’s open and when your laundry is done. So convenient. .

My fiance and I have been living at Berkdale for five years now. We are very grateful for Nick Hernandez and the help he has provided us for many maintenance requests since we have been renting here. Nick is very attentive and receptive. He is great at communicating and goes above and beyond to find solutions. We are very appreciative of his time and help and are lucky to have him here at Berkdale!

I really enjoyed the visit and tour I got to meet Rosalie who was so helpful and answered all our questions. She was great and welcomed us and was very knowledgeable. She also sent me the virtual tour which i found really helpful as well.
